by the HPA during 2000-2001. Research is a fundamental part
of the Agency's work as it allows us to target our resources
and evaluate the effectiveness of our health promotion interventions.
The research and evaluation initiatives described in this document
have been carried out within the priority areas and programmes
of work which the Agency has been commissioned to deliver. This
includes: children and young people's mental health; alcohol,
tobacco and volatile substance abuse; physical activity; training
and professional development and immunisation (flu). |
