This poster was published as part of a public information campaign to promote Lifeline, the new, free, 24 hour crisis helpline - number 0808 808 8000.
Lifeline is a regional service operated by trained counsellors experienced in dealing with suicide, self-harm, abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety.
The counsellors offer immediate help to callers and can arrange further one-to-one counselling or follow-up services.
