Description:
This leaflet was published as part of a public information campaign to promote the new, free, 24 hour crisis helpline. It explains the counselling services provided and outlines the follow-up options available for those that need them.
Lifeline, on 0808 808 8000 (textphone 18001 0808 808 8000), is a regional service operated by trained counsellors experienced in dealing with suicide, self-harm, abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety.
