This booklet was produced to support the amendment to the law on tobacco sales, which means it is now illegal to sell tobacco products to anyone in Northern Ireland under the age of 18.
The booklet explains the change in the law and provides retailers with all the information they need to comply with the new legislation, including a guide to new signage, tips on staff training, notes on enforcement, and a list of helpful phone numbers.
