Description:
New you magazine was published as part of a physical activity campaign which also included television, radio and poster advertising as well as the website www.getalifegetactive.com (read the press release here ). The aim of the campaign was to promote awareness of the message that 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on five or more days of the week will have significant health benefits. In addition to information on physical activity the magazine includes information on healthy eating as well as celebrity features. |

New you magazine was inserted into the March edition of the publication NI4Kids, and copies were also distributed to GP practices and dental surgeries for displaying in their waiting rooms. Copies were also distributed to primary schools for pupils to take home to their parents.
