Introduction
As part of the HPA's system of quality assurance, each training event is evaluated on a range of issues including training event content, value in terms of impact on practice and general management and communication.
In keeping with the continuous improvement ethos, the evaluation provides a mechanism for participants to make suggestions for improvements to the planning, implementation and delivery of events.
The evaluation process also serves to provide information about future training needs which can inform the HPA's training and professional development programme.
