Health Promotion Agency logo As from 1 April 2009 all Health Promotion Agency responsibilities have been transferred to the Public Health Agency.

-Criminal justice specialists
-Education and Library Board representatives
-Government departments
-Health Promotion specialists
-Health Promotion Agency (HPA)
-HSSB/Trust representatives
-Voluntary and community organisations.

Aim: To create an action plan based on key outputs as described in the Drug and Alcohol Implementation Model.
Work: The HPA is a member of three of the six regional working groups established as part of the Drug and Alcohol Implementation Model. These include Education and Prevention, Communities and Information and Research. It also chairs the training sub-group.
