the HPA we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will
not share ANY of the information that you give us as
an individual to any third party without seeking your prior
consent. The information we collect falls into two categories:-
- individual
information; and
- statistical
information.
Individual
information
The individual information
we collect, such as your email address and information provided
by you through online forms, enables us to:

with information you may find useful; and
- process your
requests for information, publications and press releases.
Occasionally
we may initiate contact with you by email/mail to provide
you with information relating to our work, eg we may inform
you when a public information campaign is going to be launched
or when a training course is going to take place. This information
will only be sent to you if we think it may be of use to you.

Statistical
information
We also collect statistical
information such as the number of visitors to our site, the
number of times a page is viewed and the number and type of
files that are downloaded from our site etc. From this information
we can identify which parts of the site are the most/least
popular. This information does not enable us to personally
identify any individual user.
For the purpose
of our web survey, the information you provide will enable
us to update and adjust the content of our site to better
fulfil your needs. Findings from this research may appear
on our website or in future Agency publications, such as the
Agency's review of its communication strategy, though no individual
respondent will be personally identified.

The HPA makes every effort
to ensure and maintain the accuracy of the information provided
to you and by you. If you are aware of any inaccuracies, please
