The Business Plan sets out the broad aims and objectives of the HPA for the period April 04 – March 05. It is prepared for the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) and pays particular attention to the strategic goals and objectives of Investing for Health (IfH), the regional public health strategy. The Business Plan has also been prepared to take account of the requirements of relevant legislation on equality issues and to reflect the continuing emphasis within the public sector on targeting social need (TSN).
