The HPA facilitates this Group which is chaired by Dr Paula Kilbane, Chief Executive of the Eastern Health and Social Services Board. The Group meets four times a year to support and monitor the work of its four main sub-groups:

In addition to its main area of work, NIPAIG is currently involved in the review of the Northern Ireland physical activity strategy and is developing a policy audit project, aimed at linking the strategy to the policies and programmes of other Government departments.
