The HPA contributes to the implementation of the work set out in the DHSSPS’s Antimicrobial Resistance Action Plan (AMRAP). The HPA was commissioned to develop and produce a public information campaign to promote hand washing as an important way to stop the spread of infections. The public information campaign included a TV ad, a leaflet, a poster and a sticker.
