Description:
New you magazine was published as part of a physical activity campaign which also included television advertising and the website www.getalifegetactive.com (read the press release here). The aim of the campaign was to promote awareness of the message that 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on five of more days of the week will have significant health benefits. As well as information on physical activity, the magazine also contains a range of articles on topics including healthy eating, alcohol, child safety and cancer, as well as real life stories and celebrity features. |
