This award was initially issued in 1999 and reaccredited in January 2003 in recognition of the HPA's commitment to continuous staff development and its good practice in improving its overall performance through investing in its staff.

Maintaining accreditation as an Investor in People is an important goal for the overall organisational development of the Agency.
